Good cabin with a nice set up. Rented this cabin because it had a hot tub with it, and the hot tub did not work. It obviously had not been checked or maintained. It was in lockdown mode the whole time. Luckily one of our people has a hot tub and knew how to handle it. Turns out it was very low on water that it threw into lockdown mode. After some maintenance by us we got it going. Very disappointed in that as we did not get to use it one of the nights we were planning on because of this. By the time we figured out to fill it up with water, reset it, and let it heat up, we lost the whole day time of it.I did love the set up of the rooms on each side and the coziness and options outside. The shower door in the upstairs bedroom needs some mechanical work as a door did not shut properly.Three of the beds had hard mattresses and not as cozy. The one bedroom had a memory foam mattress, which was wonderful. I would recommend updating the mattresses all of that.All in all great property, just need some upkeep and maintenance on it so it is exactly what you are advertising.

The house was spacious, plenty of king beds and baths. Love the deck and hot tub. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware. Lack some pots and pans. Only had one dish rag and one towel in the kitchen. Pretty inconvenient for 8 people. The washer and dryer are in a bedroom closet, which meant that bedroom didn’t have any place for luggage or clothes.The first night we discovered mice, after they had eaten a granola bar which was in a bedroom and then some food on the kitchen counter. Luckily we had brought totes, which we put all our food in after that.I gave this a 3 star for cleanliness because the sleeper sofa in the family/bar room was filthy and mice infested.Luckily my grandson didn’t come because that is where he would have slept.I believe a GOOD house cleaner would have seen the mice droppings on the sofa, and maybe the property manager would have done something about it. The first night there we discovered mice in the house.

We had a small intimate wedding at Sylvan Lake Labor Day weekend! We had our family stay at this cabin with us. We had plenty of space and the outdoor space was incredible! The place was very clean and lots of space inside as well with a fully equipped kitchen! Plenty of parking and a 2 stall garage as well! We hope to come back and stay again ! Beautiful master that had plenty of room for me to get ready on my special day ! Great communication with owners!

House was tucked away in a nice quiet location. The host was amazing to communicate with!! Would definitely recommend staying here! And hopefully will be back again!
