Roomy 5-Bed 3-Bath-Fire Place- Large Outdoor Space

Large house, lots of problems. Positive: The area was nice and had easy access to surrounding areas. The house was large and able to accommodate 2 families. Negative: The AC system stopped working during a heatwave due to a lack of preventive maintenance. We had to go buy an additional fan just to sleep. We had two days and nights in the house with inside temps above 80 degrees. The beds creaked a lot mainly due to cheap beds being purchased. The table and chairs in the dining room were bottom line. I'd expect a little nicer furniture for the amount we were paying per night. We also had to go exchange the propane tank since this was not checked prior to our arrival. We were reimbursed for the propane. The dishwasher had a lot of hard water buildup so the pod dispenser did not work.

This property is located in a great spot to explore the parks and area. The house was clean and as described. It is an investment property vs. someone's home, so the "little extras" that make it more comfortable—like plenty of towels, more than one hair dryer for a 5-bedroom house, and basic kitchen supplies (leftover containers, foil, an array of spices, cooking spray)—were not there. But the basics were covered. The best part was the communication with the staff. They were just lovely. Helpful, prompt, generous, and kind.

Central location but not in the nicest neighborhood however no issues and the house was really nice clean and rooming we had 8 in our party and it was very comfortable
