Our family group of 7 adults and 3 children (3-11 years) had a wonderful 7 day stay at this very nice Black Hills home.
Positive: This is a clean, modern, well laid out home with large open common space but also get away areas inside and outside for as large group gathering. As there are no other t homes within viewing distance, it provides privacy with a pole yard area for children and adults to play outside. The downstairs game room and the hot tub were a great plus.
The hosts respond quickly to any requests or questions.
Negative: There is no AC so on hot days and nights it could be a bit uncomfortable. The many ceiling and floor fans around the house can help. There is also no cell service in the entire area but some calls can be made using the house’s WiFi service.

Positive: The house was very clean and had all the amenities of home. At the end of our stay we all hated to leave. Everything was as promised it would be and more! My family and I enjoyed our stay so much that I have already booked the house for Christmas next year.

Great house and management
Positive: Great stay! House was just as described and pictured, everything worked, comfortable, tons of room and entertainment for our family of 5. The kids (and adults) loved the basement with ping pong table, retro arcade, Xbox, good setup to watch movies...plus full bath, bedroom, laundry (bring your own detergent). Hot tub and fire pit were convenient. Not much of a yard, forest hill behind house had many "Keep Out" signs and there were warnings in the house guidebook so we didn't venture far. We enjoyed watching the chipmunks, occasional deer, and listening to the birds. Management was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. Highly recommended!
Negative: Include more toilet paper and some laundry detergent

It was such a relaxing and peaceful stay. We couldn’t recommend enough!
Positive: Everything. My family and I were blown away with how beautiful the home was and the location. Not only was it a beautiful place but it was so well kept up and maintained!
Negative: Nothing, it exceeded all our expectations.

Perfect spot for black hills spring break trip
This was the perfect spot for our spring break trip to black hills. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was used every night! Literally the only negative was the obscene amount of pillows they had on the couches!! Seriously though we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
