Charming Home- Pet-Friendly- LG Fenced Backyard

Positive: Une charmante petite maison joliment décorée et confortable. Mention spéciale pour nos hôtes qui, suite à une erreur de ma part sur le nombre de personnes, ont tout mis en oeuvre pour nous permettre de nous installer dans les meilleures conditions. Negative: RIen.

The property was adequate. I felt like the management company could have done a better job. They gave us 2 sets of towels for 2 people for 6 nights. Very stingy. Used to having bathrooms stocked. There was no windex, basic cleaning supplies. There was a sign in the master bathroom that said they "stocked it with amenities". There was NOTHING In the bathroom besides some old mens shampoo in the shower. No kleenex. Don't post a sign if there is absolutely nothing there. No small packet of detergent for one wash (despite the fact they wanted to only give us one towel for 6 days). There was really no focus on the guests. I spent over 1000 for 6 nights and the management company could have spent 15 to make our stay better. Sadly, I think this is the only management company in Rapid City.

Great backyard for pets! Our dogs loved having the fenced area. The only downside is that the house is on a pretty busy street so there was traffic noise. It wasn't bad in the main bedroom but could definitely be an issue in the front of house rooms. The owner was very good at communicating and very responsive.

It's a nice place inside. At first the neighborhood looks a little questionable but it's fine. Neighbor was real nice we talked for a bit. Not too far from Keystone, Mt Rushmore, etc.

This was a charming little house on Elm Ave in a great location. Easy to find and get to all the sights in the surrounding area. The information the owner provided (including attractions and restaurants in the area) was great! I would recommend staying here!
