Conveniently located near downtown Rapid City, but in a nice quiet area to relax at the end of a busy day sight-seeing in the Black Hills area. We enjoyed our stay. It’s not as easy to find a property with two of the bedrooms with king sized beds and this was property has that. Great!

Overall I would stay here again! Probably would buy a cheaper coffee maker and a pan!
Positive: We liked the house the neighborhood the house was clean and comfortable. There were a couple things that need to be addressed, first the coffee maker is horrible! At first it was we thought we just didn’t know how to use it but no it’s bad. Second the oven needs a good cleaning and the bbq was so dirty that when we turned it on it caught on fire and if we hadn’t been right there it could have been bad! And the pans in the kitchen are horrible! I am not one that has to have upscale pans but those are like a yard sale reject!! I am not a complainer and we dealt with the flaws! We loved the house and enjoyed our stay! Just a few things that need attention!!
