Nice home for a group

Positive: Great location, quiet neighborhood, and room for everyone to spread out. Negative: There was construction near by during our visit, but completely unavoidable in the Hills this time of year. For most of our outings we could take an alternative route so no real concerns.

My family gathered here for a week and were very comfortable and enjoyed the amenities. Arrival and departure was very e Positive: Location is great, not far from downtown, Sheridan Lake, Bear Country. Lots of space to spread out and visit. Foosball, cornhole, arcade game, board games were fun. Negative: I’d have liked a broom or vacuum available. One of the garage doors wouldn’t open/close with the buttons on the wall, but there were remotes.

We loved the house and the location. We brought our son out to tour South Dakota School of Mines campus and brought our 23 year old daughter with us stayed the entire week. This home was perfect! Lots of room for us to spread out and the location was great. Gave us a place to be comfortable after a long day of seeing the sites. My son loved the games in the basement and we enjoyed playing games as a family. Kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we cooked there. Would stay here again! Thank you!

We were in Rapid City from multiple locations in the US for a family funeral. Total of 4 adults, 5 kids. Plenty of space for everyone. Nice outdoor areas. It was everyone could spend time together and interacting and not in a hotel room or hotel lobby. Good kitchen with ample seating for everyone to eat. Nice laundry facilities. Located in a good neighborhood and easy to access. Its location is nice because you are on the edge of RC and it’s easy to get up into the hills or headed towards Deadwood & Sturgis and also only 10 mins from I90. Close to shopping and restaurants.
