Wapiti Trail

Great place to stay. Air conditioning was a little weak but it was very hot outside, unusual for the Black Hills.

Beautiful cabin close enough to Custer but far enough away so you get the quiet. Tons of space, kitchen and bathrooms stocked well with pots, pans, dinnerware and so much more. Beds were very comfortable as well. Large yard with walking/biking trail behind as well as wooded area to explore. We have stayed at numerous VRBO’s and this was the best communication I have ever had we highly recommend!

Positive: The house looks "cozy", but is very spacious - perfect for 8 people. SxS trails are a very short jaunt off 385 to both the North and South & the Mickelson Trail is off the front yard. Negative: There was only 1 towel provided per person standard, but the host was quick to send a member of the cleaning crew to supply us with an additional towel per person. The extra towels were very much appreciated as most of us showered before and after hitting the trails each day.

Everything was perfect! A great location right along the highway to explore the Black Hills. Had an amazing family vacation! Super fast communication with the host. Thanks for everything!!

Guidelines and procedures were clear and we had a great time there! Adults and the kids! Great family place to stay.
