Custer Love Shack

Good location but would not return due to multiple issues. Positive: Nice location and a cute little place with some notable issues. The bed was comfy and the place was clean and looked pretty new. It was small but very cozy for 2 people. Negative: The kitchen was cluttered with stuff. There were advertising signs everywhere. The cabinets were stocked with lots of useless stuff. No one needs 3 covered butter dishes. 16 wine glasses occupying one entire cabinet is a bit much for a place made for 2 to 4 people. We came to cook Thanksgiving Dinner so the overcrowded kitchen cabinets were a sore point for us. Beware of the Sulfur water. The rotten egg smell associate with the hot water made doing dishes, washing your face or showering quite uncomfortable. We did not appreciate the 5 security cameras aimed right at the house. 2 cameras looking at the hot tub made us avoid that perk. We were even scolded part way through our stay for not locking down the strap across the tub - so, we knew that we were being surveilled. Definitely not cool. The yard was dug up and under construction so walking around the house was not safe. We noticed that there were no GFI outlets in the kitchen or bathroom. It didn't seem safe or up to code.

Highly recommend to any couple who’s looking to getaway. Location is beautiful, and the home amazing

Very nice location and clean. Hot tub and grill were great, deer playing in the yard!
