Lead Haven Lodge: Mountain Retreat w/ Hot tub

Do not stay here!! Positive: Strong smell of pet urine. Reached out to the property quite a few times. They would respond, I will let our team know. They would ghost me. I would reach out again, they would say they have escalated my request with their team. Then they would say that someone from the team would call tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went. Finally on the morning we were leaving, they called. They were going to send a carpet cleaner over to assess. I said a little late, we are leaving. Two days later I get a text that they confirmed the smell and had the carpet cleaned. But unfortunately they couldn't offer any type of refund or discount and thanks for our stay. What a joke!! Negative: Bad customer service. For 3 days They just brushed us off. Would not call or send anyone to check out the nasty smell in the living room. Very shady business practice.
