Fantastic host with great communication. Very close to all the sights. Will be back.

This was a beautiful property with great space! The hot tub was clean and we made good use of it. Communication was excellent, getting back to us within 30 minutes even after hours and on the weekends! Cleanliness was an 8 out of 10 and I let management know on day two. They offered to have the cleaning company come out right away but we declined. Towels had been left in the dryer and sheets in the washer. One bed wasn't made and someone's sock was under a bed. Outside could use some cleanup of outdoor furniture, which we had to wash before using and piles of pine needles and cones on the decks. I could have used a sheet in the kitchen that told me what was recyclable but I find this missing at all properties I've been to. All and all we had a great experience at this property! It was a nice and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed watching the 3 deer every evening.

Our retreat at this property was wonderful overall. The home is spacious with great amenities, and the host provided excellent customer service. There were just a few areas—both inside and outside—where the cleanliness could have been improved, but we felt like they would be easy fixes. (maybe overlooked) We shared our feedback with the property manager, and they were very receptive and appreciative of the opportunity to address the few concerns. Overall, we had a great experience. We will stay again in a heartbeat!
