Overall it was an excellent stay. There was some construction materials left in the main bedroom upon our arrival (drywall repair materials left).I messaged the host about expectations upon check out (I.e.empty trash, strip beds), I think it would be helpful to leave a printed checklist at the property for visitors so it is clearly known what is expected when leaving.
