A wonderful place to stay!The property is in a beautiful remote location so if you are looking for some peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Home is very well taken care of and clean. Beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of hangout places on the patios and a nice large grill for cooking. We were worried about not having air conditioning but was no issue at all. Just open the windows and doors in the evening and it will be comfortable. Very large garage for parking inside if needed. Kitchen has plenty of storage and is updated. Driveway is a bit steep but no problem and can park several vehicles. We brought two pickups with trailers hauling our side by sides and had more than enough room. Internet was fast and dependable. This place is a gem.

Just a beautiful home in a remote location. The house was very clean and the owners were very responsive about anything we may have needed. If we ever stay in the black hills againz we would definitely choose this one!

The location is remote, which is exactly what we wanted. The kids (12 and 10) had a blast exploring the hills and creek around us and utilizing the lower level for themselves. The house was very well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were hot!There is a little town right down the road (four or five buildings) where you can get some drinks and food. There is no AC, and being from Houston I was a little worried. We got in around five o’clock and the house was 83 degrees. We opened the windows, used the four portable fans that were provided, and the house cooled pretty fast. By the time we went to bed, it was comfortable. Also, the driveway closest to the house is pretty steep, but there is another driveway that’s more gradual. The outside trash cans can be found in the garage.
