Positive: The location of the home was good and the kitchen area was very nice. This home was great for our purposes, but it needs some help. The upstairs bathroom needs to be painted, and the front upstairs bedroom carpet had multiple stains. The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. The front of the house has no curb appeal, as the front porch and steps need painting and weeds are growing that should be removed. The ice maker doesn't work. The downstairs baths and bedrooms were fine. Thank you! Negative: Stained carpet, broken icemaker, bathroom needs painting, and front of house needs maintenance.

I stayed here with five adult friends on weekend trip to Mount Rushmore and the Black Hills. The house had six queen beds just as advertised. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Ithe location was perfect. It was close to all of the outdoor attractions and being right in Rapid City made it easy to find restaurants and great food. I definitely recommend this home.

We were 6 adults and 4 kids under 6. Each family had their own bathroom and plenty of beds for everyone. The beds were great, we all slept so good. We had to make another trip to get ice and drinking water, the water/ice dispenser in the fridge didn’t work. One of the coffee makers didn’t work. This did not affect our stay, but the lawn was very long, lots of dandelions and weeds…very unkept. We stayed 5 nights and had a good time, plenty of room for the kids to play, loved the sunroom. Nice little grilling deck.

Good size for three families. Needs some better attention to cleaning and carpet needs to be replaced in the bedroom.

Property was great. Main bathroom door has no lock, so I would suggest making that change. Also, front bedroom needs new carpet. The setup of the house was awesome and clean, other than the front bedroom carpet. The location was perfect, and it accommodated our every need. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a home to rent in Rapod Coty. We would stay again!
