Nature Stay with Views Like No Where Else

Property was clean, well maintained and stocked with essentials. Check in/out was easy as was communication with the host when needed. We enjoyed the location being close to but not in Hill City.

We loved our stay! The views from the living room are beautiful, and we spotted lots of wildlife (deer, turkeys, chipmunks). It truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids enjoyed the Lincoln logs and board games. The forest behind the house is delightful. The host is very responsive!

The booking was easy. Question to host were answered very promptly, within an hour. The house was exactly as it appeared in pictures, clean upon arrival, trash bags, dish soap, bathroom soap, TP available. A few spices available in the cabinet. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots/pans. Beds were comfortable. House was easy to maintain with comfortable temperature (mostly open windows, some heat in the morning). Linens were clean and in good shape. Easy access (5 mins) to Hill City. A good central location to most things we wanted to do in Black Hills. The coffee pot takes both pods and ground coffee. I would suggest that pictures indicate upstairs/downstairs for bedrooms for planning purposes (we had young kids and 80 grandmother). The entirely digital check in and house detail was a bit confusing, would like hard copies in the house for thermostats and house "workings". Had zero problems accessing internet/wifi at the house. Very comfortable house, beautiful setting, including deer and birds. Access to ATV trails would be hard to beat. Bathrooms, especially downstairs are roomier and more modern that other cabins we have stayed in during Black Hills trips. Washer dryer, games, books available.

Positive: Very cozy and clean. Perfect for our family of 6.
